Are our materials sustainably sourced?
Yes, we prioritize sustainability by offering FSC certified products, sourced from responsibly managed plantations, wherever available, to ensure our canvas and poster prints meet high environmental standards.
How are canvas and poster prints packaged?
Our packaging varies by the size of the print and the destination country to ensure optimal protection. For posters up to A4 size, we use flat packaging. Posters larger than A4 are typically shipped in tubes. However, packaging can differ based on location. For example, we use mailing tubes in countries like DK, DE, NO, CH, FR, UK, AU, SG, NL, BE, AT, and triangular or rectangular tubes in the US, Canada, and Brazil, adapting our methods to combine security with efficiency.
How long does delivery and fulfillment take?
Fulfillment time, which is the time taken to prepare custom-ordered products, typically ranges from 2 to 5 business days. This does not include shipping time, which varies depending on the destination between 3 and 9 days.
